What is laser vaginal therapy?

Laser vaginal therapy refers to the use of special types of light waves to improve specific conditions affecting the vagina and vulva.

These types of light waves deliver a precise amount of heat that stimulate the regeneration of vaginal and vulva tissue, restoring vaginal wall health, strength and blood supply.

Laser technology has been used for many years in the treatment of certain skin conditions and in other specialties like urology, ophthalmology, and gynecology. It is a safe treatment modality and its clinical use for improving vaginal health is consistent with the Australian laser safety regulations.
